Products & Services
All products sold on this website are made to order. Items are produced specifically for each customer once an order is placed.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. While we make every effort to display products accurately, slight variations in colour, print placement, or appearance may occur due to screen settings and the production process.
Orders
Contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel or change an order. Production can begin quickly, so we may not be able to stop fulfilment. If we cannot stop the order, any mandatory cancellation or cooling-off right that applies where you live remains unaffected.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or production issues.
Pricing & Payment
All product prices are displayed in the selected currency and include any applicable tax that Shopify is configured to collect. Shipping costs are charged separately and shown at checkout. International customers may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by their local authorities.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment systems. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.
Fulfilment & Delivery
Orders are fulfilled through global production partners, including print-on-demand fulfilment services, and may be produced and shipped from different locations depending on the destination and product availability.
Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our reasonable control.
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages.
Returns, Refunds & Faulty Items
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Made-to-order status does not remove any mandatory cancellation or return right. We do not currently offer voluntary returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing where local law does not require them.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible-ideally within 30 days of delivery-with your order number and clear photographs where helpful. The 30-day request is not a cutoff and does not limit your statutory rights.
International Orders & Customs
We sell worldwide, and orders may be fulfilled from production facilities in the UK, United States, European Union, or other regions, depending on the item and destination.
If your order is shipped across a border, it may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs processing may also affect delivery times.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and branding, is the property of The Who House Collective and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
